Yes. Monthly to yearly happens right away (the unused part of your month is credited). Yearly to monthly starts at the end of your year.
Your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for. After that we keep your creators for you for 3 days, and then other members can track them.
You get a full refund within 7 days of your first payment. Customers in the EU can withdraw within 14 days.
