TikTrace Coins and the store
What coins are, what they buy, and the rules that come with them.
What coins are
TikTrace Coins are the currency inside TikTrace. US$ 1 buys 1,000 coins, so $5 is 5,000 coins. You buy them with a card, they show in your profile when you are signed in, and nobody else sees your balance.
| Rule | What it means |
|---|---|
| They never expire | Your coins stay until you spend them. |
| No withdrawals | Coins can’t be turned back into money. They stay on TikTrace. |
| No refunds | You confirm this with a tick box before every purchase. |
If you dispute a card payment
What you can spend them on
Discounts. A coupon of 5%, 10%, 20%, 25% or 50% off your next invoice. The price in coins follows your invoice, so a bigger invoice costs more coins for the same percentage. You can hold one coupon at a time, coupons don’t stack, and they never make an invoice free.
Creators tracked by TikTrace. Some creators are tracked by TikTrace itself and sold for coins. You become the tracker from that moment, and you need a free slot.
Selling a tracker
When another member buys a creator from you, you receive 90% of the price in coins and TikTrace keeps 10%. Sale: 10,000 coins, you get 9,000. Coins from a sale can be spent 7 days after the sale.
Offers are made on the creator list of a tracker’s page, with no chat. A buyer can make up to 4 offers a day.
