Privacy and your data
What we keep, what is public, and how to hide yourself.
What is public
- Everything about tracked creators: totals, lives, rankings.
- Your username and the creators you track, since each creator shows its tracker.
- Your badges.
Gifter names are public TikTok information, shown according to your plan and the Enigma rules.
What stays private
Your email, your payment details and your sessions. Payment details live with Stripe, and we never see your full card number.
What you can control
- Hide from the tracker ranking, in account preferences.
- Ask us to keep an Enigma account hidden, through support.
- Ask for your data or your account to be removed, through support. See the privacy policy.
