How a tracker earns XP from the diamonds their creators receive, the 40 levels, and why XP never goes down.
XP is the number of diamonds the creators you track receive while you are their tracker. If a creator you track gets a gift worth 1,000 diamonds, you get 1,000 XP. Only those diamonds count toward it.
The diamonds are counted the same way as on the leaderboard, so combos, battles and guests follow the rules in How gifts are counted. Your XP is a running total. It is public, and it shows on your tracker page next to your level and in the top trackers list.
There are 40 levels in eight tiers of five. The frame around your avatar changes with the tier, and the five sockets on it fill up as you move through the five levels of that tier. The list below shows what each tier asks for in total diamonds.

Each level asks for more than the one before it. Your own page shows how many diamonds are missing for the next level and lets you scroll through all of them, with the ones you have not reached yet locked.
XP is only ever added. Cancelling your plan, losing a creator after the grace period, swapping a creator or selling one does not take any of it back, because those diamonds were already earned.
The tracker ranking lists members while their plan is active and during the 3-day grace after it ends. After that you leave the list until you renew, and your page keeps your XP and your level. Hiding yourself from the list has the same effect, and your page and XP stay visible either way.
XP follows the tracker at the moment the diamonds arrive. The seller keeps everything earned up to the sale. The buyer starts at zero for that creator and earns only from their own start, and the same holds when a creator is freed after a plan ends and someone else takes it.
XP is never moved from one member to another, and a sale does not change the XP either side already has. See TikTrace Coins and the store for how selling a tracker works.
A big creator makes between 1.5 million and 4 million diamonds a day. With one big creator, level 10 takes about two to three months and level 20 takes under two years. Level 30 is a multi-year goal for one creator, and about a year for five big ones. The top level takes about two years even with five big creators.
Smaller creators take longer. These figures are estimates for creators that stay at that pace, and a creator who goes quiet moves your level less, never backwards.
