Tracking a creator

Tracking tells TikTrace to record every live of one creator. Once a creator is tracked, their numbers are public for the whole community, and their profile shows who tracks them.

Each creator has one tracker. If somebody already tracks a creator, you can’t add a second tracker, but you can still read everything on their profile.

An extra slot costs $2.50 a month on any plan. You can add as many as you like, with a limit of 5 new trackings per account per day.

You can’t remove a creator to free a slot. We made it this way so a creator’s history never disappears for everyone else. Records start the moment tracking starts. We can’t recover lives that happened before.

   You cancel

   You keep access until the paid period ends, then three more days of grace.

   A card payment fails

   We retry for three days, then give three days of grace. Six days in total.

   Grace ends

   Your account resets and the creators you tracked become free for others to take. Badges tied to a paid plan go with it. Permanent badges stay.

We email you before each step so you can fix the payment or come back in time.
